The tastefully furnished cozy apartment provides an ideal relaxing setting with beautiful river views. Outfront is our new pickleball court & putting green for our guests' enjoyment! Minutes to Riverwalk, Kelly's Beach, downtown Prescott and Scuba park. Beautiful 180' tree top views of St. Lawrence River and surrounding area from focal point: “The Look-Out” windows. Enjoy a comfortable stay in this private second-floor apartment above attached garage with its own entrance. Sleeps up to 4, clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Dog friendly w/ prior approval. Limited yard access, weather permitting. Minimal cleaning fee, because the apartment is small, I don't charge much for cleaning, please leave space tidy, and i can keep fee low. Walk to SLU in minutes & downtown Canton; SUNY Canton is a short walk across the footbridge or quick drive.
