Kuća (apartmani) Markulin nalaze se u Preku svega nekoliko metara od mora u prekrasnom ugođaju. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. Apartment SPRING like our other apartments are part of Villa Majer, situated just 30-50 meters from the beach, on first floor of the villa. Apartment consist of 3 bedroom with queen size beds, dining room, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, free internet, and parking. In the backyard you may find playground for children, training area, sauna, seperate house with full kitchen, barbecue, pool table, darts and football table. Bicycles are just waiting for you, all of it free of charge.

Small old stone house near the sea

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)
