A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Enter at the upper level through the front sunny patio and into a large living room with two distinct areas for either TV viewing or lounging. This floor has 3 bedrooms with queen beds. A masterbedroom with private bath and 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bath. There is also a powderroom. On the lower level, the house features a family style open kitchen, dining room and a pleasant sitting area with fireplace open to the rear garden with glass doors. The garden is perfect for extending family gatherings outdoors. There are also 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each and a shared hall bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with glass doors to the garden and barbecue. Villa Luna is equipped with internet WI-FI. For stays longer than 2 weeks, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.

This charming house is a 1950's villa that evokes the character and charm of the historic Estoril town, located ideally just 750m from the beach and Cascais promenade. Within easy walking distance can be found restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, gym, spas, rental bicycles, pharmacy, ice cream shop and the train station for convenient access to Lisbon and even Estoril's emblematic casino. We had a great time hosting our friends and family in this house and we feel lucky and excited to Welcome you.

The Pool Pavilion is a cosy and relaxed two suites and kitchen space that overlooks a lush garden and is the ideal choice for a joyful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.
