Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Chariclea Villas Retreat: Guest House

The Guest House is one of three independent homes at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a beautiful natural setting with a sea view. Designed like a private Junior Suite, it features a plush double bed and an ergonomic sofa that converts into a double bed for children. Perfect for families, it also offers a private entrance and parking area. The property also includes the Main House and the Eco House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

Mertziki: Villa Epsilon Samos

Epsilon est l'une des 4 maison à la location dont la construction a été achevée en 2020 sur la presqu'île de Mertziki (3,5 hectares). Paix, nature sauvage, plage privée, oliveraie millénaire, et haut niveau de service et prestations pour une propriété particulièrement exclusive. Un couple de gardiens est en charge d'entretenir la propriété et de proposer tous les services que vous pourriez désirer. Voile, plongée, snorkeling, trekking, yoga, visite de sites historiques, etc...

Balcony on the sea

A traditional summer house, recently renovvated with respect to the local tradition. This upper floor apartment, which is accessed by a flight of stairs can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a double with single bed, and a twin room with two single beds. There is a basic Greek style kitchen with oven, fridge, , coffee making machine and all necessary utensils. The shower room has a shower cabinet, toilet and sink, as well as washing machine.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed . The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided.
