The Old Stables

The old Stables is half of a newly converted cottage finished to a high standard situated within a 14 ac plot. There are two double bedrooms one with an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower wet room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed , the second bedroom a full double.Bed linen is 100% cotton with feather duvets. Synthetic available on request. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven , hob and dishwasher and microwave. Outside there is a private garden area and plenty of parking.

The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Tiny House

Our gorgeous converted Tiny House offers you a cosy and comfortable getaway in one of the most scenic and historic corners of rural Wiltshire, just a couple of miles outside Salisbury. The house is situated within a private walled garden and the view looks across water meadows bordering the River Avon, towards the city's cathedral. The Tiny House is compact but perfectly designed to be cosy, (under floor heating and a log burner) comfortable and have everything you need for your stay.

Warren Lodge - Self Contained Annexe

Warren Lodge is charming one double bed annexe, newly decorated throughout, it is disability friendly, all on one level with low thresholds and wide doorways. Situated in the picturesque village of Amport, a short drive from Stonehenge, Bombay Sapphire Distillery and the Cathedral Cities of Salisbury and Winchester. There are several National Trust properties nearby, main road links to the A303, M3, A34, M4. London Waterloo can be reached in 1 hour 10 directly from Andover Station.

The Farley Hangar is a peaceful space with far reaching views of Hampshire's woodlands and the Isle of Wight. Located on our family farm and private airstrip in the Test Valley. Winchester, Romsey and Stockbridge are just 20 mins away. On the doorstep of numerous cycle routes and footpaths including the Claredon Way (Sals-Win). King size bed & full-size bath with rain shower. From your private deck with log burner you will see various wildlife species and watch the stars at night.

The Burrow, off-grid Shepherd’s Hut on family farm

The Burrow is a luxury off-grid getaway, situated in a quiet spot on our 55-acre family farm. The perfect place to turn off your phone and reconnect with nature. A bespoke shepherd’s hut with artisan features. A king-size bed, log burner, solar-run with *USB charging* hand crafted kitchen with fridge/freezer, en-suite hot shower and composting loo. Dating from the 16th century, Stable Cottage adjoins the rest of the property but has its own front door and is a completely private and self contained space. Downstairs has an entrance hall, sitting room, with original beams and kitchen; upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, bathroom and separate shower room. Perfect for 2/3 adults (3 adults max) or for a family with a baby/child. Close to Salisbury and the New Forest, it's the place to explore Wiltshire.
