This unique home is a part of the old sea front fishing village in Santa Margherita Ligure built in the late 1800s and is newly renovated but with its original architecture and style! It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with a double bed. Gorgeous seaside & town views with cafes, restaurants and boutiques and direct access to the beach. The house is located in the city of Genoa, in the Nervi district, a prestigious residential area, directly overlooking an ancient marina, a few minutes from the historic center (15/20min by bus), surrounded by natural beauty, beaches, walks, parks greenery, numerous restaurants, pizzerias, shops. Public transport is very convenient, bus to the historic center 100 meters from the house, the train station a 7 minute walk, tourist boat departing in front of the house.
