Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Giardino di Venere

A classy accommodation recently renovated with a private garden that enjoys a breathtaking view and a privileged position overlooking the sea. Located a few steps from the beaches (closest is Mirage beach) and the town of Portovenere, Giardino di Venere offers all comforts to relax in an oasis of quiet ideal for couples, families or group of friends. Supermarket CONAD is 15min walking. If you don't have car, there's a Bus service until late evening GiroBus Portovenere (stop underneath the house)

Tilly House - Attico con Terrazzo sul Mare

Accogliente e curato appartamento sul mare dalla meravigliosa e imperdibile vista. Tilly si trova nel paesino di Le Grazie, vicino alle splendide Cinque Terre, alla romantica Portovenere e alla meravigliosa isola Palmaria. Al 4° e ultimo piano con ascensore di un edificio privo di barriere architettoniche, recentemente ristrutturato. È composto da due camere da letto, ampia sala, cucina, servizi igienici e uno spettacolare terrazzo che lo circonda interamente. Posto auto in parcheggio privato.

Io e mio figlio Lorenzo siamo felici di presentarvi il nostro appartamento situato nel cuore di Portovenere, in pieno centro storico, affacciato sul porticciolo con vista sull'isola Palmaria. Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento è possibile trovare tutti i confort di cui si può aver bisogno: in soli 5 minuti si può raggiungere il supermercato; tabacchino, farmacia, poste, bar; banca, ristoranti e l’accesso alla balneazione. Appartamento strategico per chi vuole raggiungere via mare le 5 Terre.

Happy Betti è situato al primo piano in un cortile nel centro storico nella zona del porto antico. La posizione centrale consente con pochi passi di raggiungere, spiagge balneabili e l'attracco del vaporetto per Portovenere o isola palmaria (disponibile da luglio e per tutto agosto) .A pochi metri negozi , bar ristoranti supermercato e noleggio gommoni.
