Across the road is Port Fairy golf, surf beaches, bike and walking tracks, bird watching and all the dining, shopping and festival offerings of Port Fairy. Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops & cafes. There is a smaller second cottage on the property that shares a driveaway but remains separate from the main cottage and it's gardens.
