Walkable to Downtown Clarkston that has charming shops and hip restaurants and close to all major roads highways. This home is on a private island located with 6 other homes. Surrounded by water & wildlife, it is the perfect place to go fishing, swimming, kayaking or just relaxing under the sun. Your stay comes with access to 3 kayaks, 1canoe & 2 SUP on 2 private all sports lakes.

Rustic elegance at its best. A great retreat with a mix of both, beamed ceilings and rustic characteristics yet chandeliers in the bedroom and elegant dining area with character throughout the home. Wooded back yard with dining area, seating area and hot tub with pergola. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Value based cottage sits just feet from “all sports” 550 acre Round Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee next to the lake on your covered patio. This cottage is the lower half of a 2 story duplex. Plenty of room on the dock for your boat, or rent my pontoon ($800/wk, $200/day) or enjoy complimentary use of the kayaks. My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family

Upstairs kids loft with 4 built-in bunks! Hike or bike the 7 mile Spirit Trail around the lake. Short 1/4 mile walk to the Eagles Nest restaurant and to Eagle Point Marina for boat and jet ski rentals. Kayaks, paddleboards and paddleboat included! Recently had to remove the fire pit due to ordinance and complaints.

Glad to see that you will be visiting our cabin! It is a serene and charming step away from the busy world. Information on hiking trails, local events, and eateries in the area are listed in the cabin. A grill is available, and also on the deck is a clawfoot bathtub and outside shower (closed now because of colder weather!) There is a shower in the cabin, too. Be sure to be on the lookout for the wildlife in the area!!

Cottage is cozy and includes full kitchen, eating space, relaxing living room, enclosed all season sunroom area and a large outside deck facing the lake. There are two bedrooms plus a loft which is great for kids! Beautiful large deck out back facing the lake with plenty of sun and shade.
