Newly remodeled and newly listed! Peaceful retreat located on Rosebay. Direct waterfront with a dock. Bring your boat and tie up alongside the dock. Enjoy fishing from the dock or relaxing on the deck. There are dolphins seen frequently swimming by along with a large variety of bird life and fish. The house is 3 bed with 2.5 baths. All bedrooms have a bathroom. There are two king beds. The third room has two twin beds with a trundle pull out. Centrally located near Daytona beach and Ponce Inlet.

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. (Not suitable for 4-legged travelers due to free ranging ducks, peacocks and close proximity to horses and miniature donkeys) (If your dates are unavailable, search Mira Bella South)

Great for large family vacations! Wake up each morning to the sunrise over the Halifax River! After that have breakfast watching the dolphins and manatees at one of the many outdoor areas. This ferrocement boat Later Gator was made in Sweden in 1973. That’s right! It’s made of concrete! The boat circumnavigated the globe twice before eventually ending up here in sunny Sanford FL. We spent 2 years completely renovating everything and tried to leave as much of the boat’s original personality intact while adding modern amenities.
