Cute 1 bedroom, one bath, suite, roomy bedroom, living area, bath, kitchen, pool and private fishing pier. Located on Pleasure Island, TX and close to Port Arthur, Groves, Nederland, Port Neches. Also close proximity to beach. This property is waterfront on Sabine lake with a 400 ft private pier, great fishing, a good place to tie up your boat. Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Occupants do live upstairs and share the outside areas on occasion.

Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
