The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. My house is right in-between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, 30 minutes from both! You will enjoy my place because there are beautiful beaches within minutes of driving. There is also a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby like paddle boarding in the harbor or taking a ferry to the islands.
