The house has a sunny terrace (35m2), a shared community pool, a spacious living room and three romantic bedrooms with two bathrooms.

This beautiful apartment on the first line of the sea has 3 double rooms, one of them with bathroom en suite. The other bathroom is located just down the hall. The kitchen (fully equipped) is open in the living room with views of the sea and promenade. Balcony / terrace and laundry area. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all rooms (hot and cold). . The only downside is that there are noisy bars nearby at night, especially in the summer.

Cas Mariner has a privileged location on the seafront, and at the foot of the Sierra Tramuntana, ideal for hikers and cyclists. It is a quiet and relaxed area, very close to restaurants, services, playgrounds and the beach. You don't need a car, you can walk everywhere. The house has, on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a bedroom. And on the first floor, with bathroom, chill out and large room with access to the sea.

Puerto de Soller casa 170 mq en 1ª linea

Casa de 2 plantas, capacidad max. 4 personas, 170 metros cuadrados, situada en el barrio antiguo de pescadores, zona normalmente tranquila excepto durante los meses de verano que suele haber un poco de movimiento que es algo normal, vistas al mar, montañas y al puerto pesquero, playa a pocos minutos andando, bares, restaurantes y tiendas a pocos pasos, es el alojamiento perfecto para parejas o familias que buscan diversión.

Consta de dos plantas. En la superior se encuentra el salón, la cocina, un baño y 2 terrazas (cubierta y descubierta). En la planta inferior se encuentran 3 habitaciones dobles, 2 baños, lavadero y dos terrazas, una que conecta las habitaciones y la terraza de acceso a la piscina. Piscina compartida con otro dúplex (situado en la parte baja del edificio).
