The perfect home that's close to everything! The ocean is just a 3-minute walk at the end of the street. If you want to spend the day at a gorgeous beach, Popham is just a 10-minute drive. The Town Wharf is a short walk from the house and a great place to go fishing! Golf is a 2-minute drive over at the famous Sebasco Harbor Resort (open to the public!). Anna's Water Edge Restaurant, where you can eat lobster and clams while overlooking the ocean (Hello, Maine!), is a ten minute walk. FUN!

The Cottage

Welcome to the Cottage, a charming home nestled in the heart of Bath, Maine, perfectly located near coastal towns, beaches, and hiking trails! This cozy retreat features a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortably furnished bedrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee from the dining room window seat or unwind at the end of the day in front of the fire pit on the front patio. NOTE: Cottage is attached to the owner's residence, but complete privacy will be given/respected.

Brand new architectural cottage and detached 'boathouse' with sweeping elevated ocean views both east and west, private waterfront lawns and deep water dock with kayaks. This property was built in 2020 so expect a fresh and clean experience on one of Harpswell's most private peninsulas. Watch the sunrise from the cantilevered 2nd floor deck, sit by the campfire on your private lawn oceanside, or walk down to the dock for a paddle in the west facing protected cove. Perched atop the Coast of the Atlantic Ocean

Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. The intrepid visitor can scramble along the shore. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.

Little Cottage on the Kennebec

77 Washington is tucked along the shores of the Kennebec River in Bath. Centrally located along the coast between Boothbay Harbor and Freeport, both of which are about 30 min drive. We are adjacent to the South End Boat Launch, your portal to the open ocean! The cottage is just a short walk to the Maine Maritime Museum and only 15 miles from both Popham Beach State Park and Reid State Park. Master bedroom has private balcony and first floor offers cute galley kitchen and screened porch.

This beautiful, newly renovated home is three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an open living and dining room waiting to give your family or group of friends the ideal Maine vacation experience! On site parking, a lovely yard, a new sauna on a beautiful deck overlooking the water, nearby fields and steps away from the famous Olson House on one side, you can sit on the deck and overlook the working lobster wharf with fishermen coming and going daily on the other side!

New ownership! Relax and unwind as you gaze at the ocean from this adorable beachfront cottage in the highly sought after Driftwood community at Popham Beach. Just steps from the beach, the cottage features expansive views of the ocean, including 2 lighthouses. Need more space for friends and family to join you? We also rent the 3 bedroom/2 bath house directly across from the cottage (you can find it at Popham-beach-house). Note that the cottage is seasonal.

This private cottage on the tidal shores of Cundy's Harbor in Harpswell is something you will treasure. You can sit out on the deck in the morning just feet away from the shoreline and watch eagles fly around the shoreline or boats come through the channel when the tides are high. Whether its morning spent with a cup of coffee in hand or dinnertime on the deck it's the vacation "break" you have been looking for. A "pet fee" of $60/night, per pet. DOGS ONLY
