This is a great neighborhood that is within minutes to Heavenly Village and the Stateline, and just a 5 minute walk to El Dorado Beach and Reagan Beach. Just a few minutes away you can walk to a popular wine bar and cafe, breakfast and coffee shops, a market, sandwich shops, antique stores, and much much more. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful weather and welcoming sounds of Tahoe.

The "Canyon Loft"

This private, one-bedroom guest house offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, wifi and Apple TV(incl. Apple TV, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV). Located just a few minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the ski gondola and the bustling night life of South Lake Tahoe. We are full-time residents of the home up the hill from the guest house; we chose this location for its sense of seclusion and privacy. Peaceful A-frame Getaway

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Tranquil Tahoe Retreat

Nestled in Midtown, less than 5 miles from Heavenly, Tahoe Tranquil Retreat offers the convenience of a central location while surrounding you in the peace and quiet of a secluded forest. The backyard backs up to the Upper Truckee River, and there is an undeveloped 10-acre forest across from the front yard, where we often see bears and coyotes. There is hiking, and snowshoeing right from the front door. Our house is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for an unforgettable stay.

Sierra Studio ( permit# HRP-094 )

Studio apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is attached to the main house but is separated by a wall. It includes a private, outdoor sitting area with grill. Private bedroom space separate from living area. This is a great location with a 15 min bike ride to beaches as well as several hiking trails in walking distance. Bike rental, coffee shop and restaurants are within walking distance as well. There are three ski resorts with in 20 minutes of the apartment.

Fun is all around this condo!! Ski Resorts, Beaches, Restaurants, Stateline, Heavenly Village are all close! Our Mt. Modern condo is in a great neighborhood within walking distance to the lake. We take pride in our newly remodeled condo! Perfect for up to six people w/a king size bed in the master and two full size bunk beds in 2nd room. We are close to great restaurants, 3 miles to Heavenly & 4 miles to the casinos and Heavenly Village! Walk to the lake right from our place!
