Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The sandstone Church is located in the centre of Richmond Village. Constructed in 1873 it now has a new life, converted to luxury accommodation. The modern interior with its mezzanine bedroom loft, warm underfloor heating through out and comfy sofa area. A Cottage in Richmond sits in the historical village of Richmond just outside Hobart. Only a 15 minute drive from Hobart Airport and within 10 km of all Coal Valley vineyards. A converted studio style cottage in the garden of our property. Quiet and so very peaceful overlooking the rosemary and lavender at the entrance to our vegetable garden. You are sure to relax and unwind after a day of touring our Coal Valley wine region.

Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter.
