Enjoy the Coal River Valley from the little Brick Cottage down the lane, it’s a peaceful and private place to stay and has enough room for the family or a group of friends (if you want to bring them that is 😉) Historic Richmond is only a short walk away, in just moments you could be feeding the ducks, enjoying a latte or walking over Australia’s oldest Bridge.. The Cottage has a beautiful Fireplace for those colder evenings. The Fireplace heats the entire home and make it lovely and cosy.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Offering guests a taste of the wonderful, relaxing Tasmanian life in the beautiful Coal River Valley wine region, we're a very easy 10 mins from the airport, 12 mins from Hobart CBD. The well-appointed eco cottage was built in 2015, is off-the-grid (solar-powered) on 21 acres with beautiful views of farmland and Coal River estuary, and plenty of wildlife. Outside the doorstep is many boutique vineyards/wineries. Your official welcoming committee is Max, a super friendly Smithfield dog.

It is located only a short walk from the historic Richmond Bridge and the many other attractions, cafes and shops in the township. The sandstone Church is located in the centre of Richmond Village. Constructed in 1873 it now has a new life, converted to luxury accommodation. The modern interior with its mezzanine bedroom loft, warm underfloor heating through out and comfy sofa area. A perfect getaway space for two in the heart of the little village with an easy walk to the bridge, prison and cafes. AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
