We are a caring, family run, small (2 house), artistic, peaceful agriturismo nestled in the unspoiled nature of the Garfagnana with beautiful mountain views. You can stay here and enjoy countless possibilities that nature offers us...within walking distance from 10th c. historic church, river, forest hikes, train station, main road-S.R. 445 connecting Lucca & Aulla. There is a lovely pool, vegetarian restaurant ~ where we cook healthy, organic meals & have yoga classes & a children's playground.

Agriturismo Valli - "Capanna" Apartment

Surrounded by the countryside of Castiglione di Garfagnana, Agriturismo Valli sits on an ancient rocky hilltop that once served as an outpost of the medieval castle. Originally a farmhouse from the early 1900s, it now welcomes guests with a warm and authentic atmosphere. A small-scale wine production still takes place here, thanks to the vineyard that surrounds the property, preserving the true spirit of Garfagnana. Agriturismo family friendly! The once farmhouse has just been restored, sunny and spacious, large garden and swimming pool for our guests. The swimming pool is open from May 5th, closes in October. It offers 4 spacious double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchens wi-fi, parking on premises. Great place for kids and nature lovers, within the National Park of Appennines. Cigiano di Sotto, is 2 three bedroom apartments, within a large farmhouse, rented exclusively together on a traditional Tuscan farm. The farm is on the edge of the medieval walled village of Castiglione. Recently voted as one of the loveliest villages in Italy it has 4 restaurants, cafes and small shops. There is a large courtyard, good for eating outside with BBQ. The large private pool is 14 m by 5 metres with a large sun terrace and fantastic views of the spectacular Apuane Mountains.
