Located within the grounds of The Waun Wyllt Country Inn, Bar & Restaurant. Surrounded by the countryside and situated just 100yards from the Millennium Coastal Path. Pembrey Country Park, Ffos Las Race Course, Parc y Scarlet’s, Beaches, Paddle Board Hire, Shops & more all within a 20min drive. Located in a hidden corner of the owners' 40 acre smallholding, the cottage offers the tranquility of the countryside with panoramic postcard picture views. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to steep narrow steeps.

The 150 year old cottage is up a quiet lane above the town of Burry Port. Guests love the view across the bay to the Gower and the peaceful country setting - with mature private garden, terrace & BBQ. There is wi-fi, Sky TV and a cosy dining room with a log burner for the colder days (logs provided). It’s close to the beach at Pembrey & the attractions of the Carmarthenshire countryside. The cottage is welcoming for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families.

The location makes it an excellent base for days out in every direction. You’re close to Kidwelly, with its historic castle and charming local atmosphere, and within easy reach of the coast for beach days, coastal walks and fresh sea air. Ffos Las Racecourse is nearby too, making the cottage a great choice for race days and events. When you want a bit more bustle, Carmarthen is just a short drive away for shops, cafés, restaurants and local amenities. Not suitable for anyone under 14

Gelli Hir Farm holiday cottage is a converted detached stone barn situated on a 70 acre equestrian holding with outstanding views over the surrounding countryside. The cottage is a self contained unit which sleeps 4/5 people with wood burning stove, sunroom, ample off road parking and open spaces for children. There is no enclosed garden area and the spaces are open. The cottage is based in a quiet rural area but close to shopping centres, tourist attractions and castles.
