We are opposite the slipway so have easy access to launch. A 5 min walk to Fowey’s shops & restaurants. We have a 1 bed flat sleeps 2, The Slipway Suite four doors away.

There’s more than enough space for all but the largest groups, including 2 separate living rooms. A perfect base for your Cornwall adventure, the town centre and local attractions are a 5-minute walk away. Soak in our outdoor jacuzzi surrounded by beautiful scenery and fresh air. **No events or parties are allowed on site.

Spinnaker is a lovely large 4 bedroom house with a traditional cottage feel. With panoramic views of Fowey estuary, the large balcony is the perfect setting to watch the sun go down. The conservatory allows light to flood into the kitchen and breakfast area which flows through to the spacious living/dining room. Located in Polruan, there are fantastic walks on the doorstep with the southwest coast path easily accessible and the Polruan Ferry is a great way to visit the nearby town of Fowey.

Treetops is a lovely recently renovated modern first floor flat with two bedrooms. The flat has an open plan kitchen diner living area make it perfect for families with children and dogs! The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and microwave. The washing machine is located in the outhouse in the garden!

Parking is available in public car parks a short distance from the cottage at additional cost.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
