It is a house completely restored and decorated in Mallorcan style. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room separated by a large Mallorcan limestone arch. The fully equipped kitchen gives way to a beautiful patio with a wood oven and a porch where you can enjoy pleasant outdoor dinners. On the first floor you will find a sunny terrace with magnificent views of Puig de Pollença. There is also a small distributor and a bathroom . Thehouse has three double bedrooms, the main room, like the rest of the house, is decorated with quality Mallorcan furniture and has a bathroom en suite with a large bathtub oval The second room is equipped with two single beds and a small desk and finally on the upper floor we find a large double room with sloping ceilings. The house has air conditioning, in every bedroom and in the ground floor and is equipped with the necessary amenities to spend a pleasant day in Pollença.Its central location, invites you to enjoy the Plaza Mayor and its quiet and cosmopolitan atmosphere, surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafes where you can taste the cuisine Mallorcan and international. A big free parking is 5 minutes walking from the property. Also main beaches of the municipality are just ten minutes away by car, the Port of Pollença, the Cala de San Vicente and the paradisiacal beach of Formentor, all of fine sand and crystal clear waters. Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay. We collect this tax prior to your departure and remit it on your behalf. The tax below is payable for each person of 16 years and over: - € 2. 00 per night for the first 9 nights.

Lovely sunny patio with pool and a nice games room with log burner to enjoy it even during winter evenings. I am a mum of 4 so I care very much about your kids. You will find here: pushchair, cot, high chair, plastic crockery, gate for stair, beach games. Plus you will be covered by all my tips and love for this island! :) I hope to meet you soon!

Our beautiful Mallorcan townhouse is located in the historic town of Pollenca on a quiet street, just a short stroll from the main square and Calvari steps. It sleeps 6 people and has a pretty courtyard garden. Only 40 minutes from Palma, it's the perfect retreat for a long weekend or an extended trip to explore and unwind. We’ve lived in this part of Mallorca for over 30 years and this house has been in our family for 20. We’re now delighted to be able to host it on Airbnb.

Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.
