It has an ensuite with double shower and a kitchenette area with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The studio has a gorgeous patio with seating for 2 and sea views. There are 2 more chairs outside. Mermaid's Rest is 2 minutes from a selection of fabulous restaurants, handy shops and the beach.

Small but perfectly formed self contained space. Neutral and calm decor with a small double bed (6ft x 4ft). Bedroom and toilet/shower upstairs. New mattress September 2025. In the winter the heating comes on in the morning and the evening - it is part of my house heating . If you need parking let me know as you can have use of the drive in front, if not my car is usually parked there ☺️
