There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

There is a pool and for you to enjoy and plenty of room for children to play. There is plenty of secure off street parking for boats , campers and trailers Centrally located in town only 2klm to CBD. Close to beaches. A clean and tidy unit in a quiet location.

There is under cover parking in driveway which can take 2 cars. No parking on street as it a narrow road.

Your cottage is entirely self-contained on a beach front block at Dundowran Beach. Pet friendly with a modern kitchen, bathroom/laundry, spacious living area and verandah. Your view is of the cottage garden at the front of our property. Our block is a half acre with a good distance between our house and the cottage for privacy. 10 minutes drive into Hervey Bay.
