The Village Country store is a short walk away where you can find great food and locally made crafts. The Quincy Bog is a wonderful local 1.2 mile hiking area that’s awesome!

We're close to the center of town, university, shopping plazas, hiking trails, Interstate 93 and ski resorts. State parks and Newfound, Winnipesaukee & Squam Lakes are easily accessible by car. Great base for hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, fall sand sculptures, leaf peeping, skiing, ice skating, snowshoeing, biking and nearby ice castles.

Built by Tenney Mountain co-founder John French and used for many years as housing for ski patrol, a lot of good times have been had here.
