It is an open plan area, recommended for a maximum of 2 adults. The base price is for 1 guest (for single and business travellers); there is a small surcharge for 2nd guest. Kindly book accordingly.

A simple but functional stay - shaded by Avocado trees on 2 sides. Central and quiet, with green-belts and the stunning Timour Hall food-market and pub one block away (Wed evenings + Sat to 4pm). Constantiaberg Hospital is very close (500m) and Constantia Village centre 1.5km up the road. The kitchenette is suitable for light meals - with a small braai provided on the patio. A small desk is provided - with wireless printing available on request. You will need to connect the TV to your laptop.

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.
