Living room has comfortable couches, a coffee table, and a TV with Amazon fire stick. Bedrooms have full-size beds and an extra twin size inflatable mattress. Bedroom closets have extra fans and full-size mirrors. Kitchen has dishes, cookware, and cooking utensils, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer with icemaker and water dispenser. The pantry has plenty of storage plus essentials like kitchen towels and plastic wrap. The office has a desk that can be raised for standing, along with comfortable desk chair. The bathroom has a tub and shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Towels, toilet paper, and shower necessities are located in the bathroom shelves. Books, board games, and some toys for the kids can be found in the living room cabinet and hall bookshelf.

Night fish on the pier under the many lights and don't forget the awesome views. Long term tenents are upstairs and share the outside areas & pier.
