We have designed this stylish apartment to ensure comfort and convenience for all types of travelers. We have spent our careers working in the travel industry so we know the importance of providing the essentials for our guests. We have three other apartments available for rent. All are located next to each other so in total you could sleep 20 people. Bring the whole family and your friends! This home is within walking distance of the beautiful turquoise blue water and white sandy beaches that this region is famous for. It is also close to 5th Avenue, great restaurants, shopping, nightlife, the ferry to Cozumel, ADO bus station, and much more. You will find transportation access to be a breeze from our location. We are 2 blocks away from 5ta avenida, 4 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from playa’s favorite taqueria-Fogón, and across the street from a major super market. Basically, everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. Mamitas beach is a 15-20 min walk Palmares is a new constructed building, with 24 hour security, two shared roof top lounges.
