Beautiful 1 bedroom rooftop apartment at Mogan Beach, next to the “little Venice Habour”. This 1 bedroom apartment have been completely renovated, to todays standards, has WIFI and airconditioning. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but you can access it with the elevator. Its has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together ( but can be separated if wished) a small but complete and functional kitchen. New!!! Possibility to rent parking on a weekly base.

Die ca 45 m2 große Höhle mit Anbau ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde im Sommer 2022 zu neuem Leben erweckt und liebevoll als Ferienwohnung renoviert. Die komfortable Ausstattung lässt FAST keine Wünsche offen (Achtung WLAN vorhanden, KEIN TV!! ;-)

La casa, es una vivienda típica canaria con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que ha sido restaurada en estos últimos años y decorada con mucho cariño, dándole un aspecto juvenil y moderno. Mantiene la estructura original de la época, cuando las casas tenían habitaciones que daban a un patio. Con el objetivo de mantener su valor histórico,en cada una de ellas hemos habilitado el baño, el dormitorio y salón cocina. Todo ello rodeado de un patio al aire libre, con hamaca y zona de descanso.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados.
