Normas de la casa: -No hacer ruido a partir de las 0:00 p.m -Tirar la basura antes de la salida. -No entrar más de las personas que hacen la reserva.

Consta de una sola planta baja con terraza; tiene una amplia cocina bien equipada, una habitación con cama de 150 cm, con baño particular, y otra con dos camas de 90 cm; un segundo baño, sofá-cama, mesa de trabajo y comedor funcional con mesa y armario. Además lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, cafetera y sandwichera. Es posible contratar aparte parking.
