Οι εγκαταστάσεις μπάνιου περιλαμβάνουν: Μεγάλη ντουζιέρα και πιστολάκι μαλλιών. Ένα άνετο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Ραφήνας, με ιδιωτικό parking. 200 μέτρα από το λιμάνι, με κοντινή πρόσβαση σε όλες τις συγκοινωνίες(Αστικά λεωφορεία, ταξί, λεωφορείο προς και από το αεροδρόμιο.) Επίσης υπάρχουν όμορφες παραλίες στην περιοχή, που ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να πάει με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην αγορά της Ραφήνας όπου μπορεί κανείς να βρεί ότι χρειάζεται.
