Το "Sihna" είναι εμπνευσμένο από το έθιμο της γιορτής των Σίχνων που τελείται στο Λιτόχωρο ανήμερα των Θεοφανείων. Έχει τις ρίζες του στο Βυζάντιο και συνεχίζεται μέχρι σήμερα. Τα Σίχνα είναι ψηλά κοντάρια με ασημένιο ή χρυσό σταυρό στην κορυφή, που φέρουν πολύχρωμες σημαίες. Πρόκειται για αφιερώματα συντεχνιών και ναυτικών οικογενειών, τα οποία συμμετέχουν με καθορισμένη ιεροτελεστία στον καθαγιασμό των υδάτων στο Λιτόχωρο. Χαλαρώστε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο διαμονής. Η Villa Tzeni Καταφέρνει να ισορροπεί τοπική αρχιτεκτονική και τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις που απαιτεί μία χαλαρή φιλοξενία.Η Τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για να απολαύσετε τις κορυφές του Αν.Ολύμπου. Το κέντρο του παλιού Παντελεήμονα απέχει 200m ενώ η θάλασσα βρίσκεται 10λεπτά με αυτοκίνητο. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν ξύλινα έπιπλα και πέτρινους τοίχους. Έχει 3 τζάκια 2 δωμάτια ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο και wc. Κατάλληλη επιλογή για όλες τις εποχές.

A beautiful, spacy, light rooftop apartment with views of the sea and mountain. 3 minutes from a blue star beach and a 5 star hotel. It has descent furniture, tableware, fast WIFI, TV channels from all over the world, HIFI system, air-conditioning, gas heathing, private parking, three balconies, elevator, intercom and a big walk-in closet. Close to Gerovassiliou (wine house), airport (15min), boat to the city centre in summer (45min). For a small fee we can pick you up from the airport.

Breathtaking view on the cliff edge

Fully renovated apartment which is located between Epanomi and Nea Iraklia. It is about 40km away from Thessaloniki and the airport. It is easily accessible by car. There's also public transport, though I wouldn't recommend it. The flat is on the 2nd floor with amazing view! You can watch the sun setting right behind the mountain of Olympus! There are beach bars about 2km away but if you don't like the crowded places, the little beach just below the apartment will satifsy your needs!

Θεών.Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο πάρκο και την κεντρική πλατεία του Λιτόχωρου.Σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων υπάρχει ελεύθερος χώρος στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων, super Markets καθώς και εστιατόρια. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το Φαράγγι του Εννιπέα και από τα γήπεδα τένις για τους λάτρεις του αθλήματος.

Stone cottage by the coast of Olympus

A large studio that benefits from high ceilings, fireplace, a full- fitted kitchen, and WC with shower. It has a double bed and 2 build-in sofas that turn into beds. The cottage is at the back of a larger house but has its own private garden. Ενιαίος χώρος με μεγάλη κουζίνα, μπάνιο, διπλό κρεβάτι και καναπέδες που γίνονται κρεβάτια.

The studio is located at the center of the town and is 10 mins from the airport. Best suited for couples, business travelers, and friends. Additionally, if you are looking for a safer parking spot, you can use the house's covered parking with an extra cost upon request.

Το διαμέρισμα ξεκίνησε την λειτουργία του το καλοκαίρι του 2024, αφού έγινε ριζική ανακαίνιση του χώρου. Αποτελείται από άνετους και όμορφους διακοσμημένους χώρους. Είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες αλλά και μεμονωμένους επισκέπτες.
