We're confident you'll fall in love with this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath farmhouse and its peaceful, secluded setting in the middle of farm, ranch, & hunting country, yet just 1 mile off blacktop roads and a few minutes from Meade State Lake. The house features a large kitchen & dining area for family meals and a large living room with a smart TV for your entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, the basement includes a ping pong and foosball tables, plus there's lots of yard space outside.

This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a coffee/tea/Snack bar is located within the kitchen area. Brand new, built in 2026. Small but cozy and has everything you need. Full kitchen, if you feel like cooking. Washer/dryer combo in the bathroom, along with a walk in shower. The couch is a pull out couch if you need to sleep a few kids. WiFi, and TV included. Kerig coffee maker with some coffee and creamer included. Walking distance to our small town Cafe and Bar. We have a convenience store 2 blocks away.
