Warden Camp on Kingsbury Pond, Couples retreat/ATV

East Smith Pond Camp

This lakefront cabin is about 5 minutes from Millinocket, Maine and near Baxter State Park. The deck outside and four season porch both overlook the beautiful waterfront westerly sunset views of Smith Pond.This waterfront property has a sandy beach , great for swimming ,kayaks and very good fishing with fire pit for relaxing . The inside has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin bed. There is a loft bedroom accessible with ladder access that also has a full size bed.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

This peaceful camp is just perfect for you and your family or friends to see how much this beautiful part of Maine has to offer. It rests on its own private lot in a calm cove on South Twin Lake. It’s 15 minutes from Millinocket and approximately 45 minutes to Baxter State Park. Windy Point Cottage is a full amenity waterfront cottage. Located on Ambajejus Lake, we are only 8 miles outside of Millinocket and about 15 to Baxter State Park. Enjoy the use of our beach and kayaks and then relax on the wrap around deck and watch our amazing sunsets. We also have a fire pit/wood for those nights of sitting around a fire telling stories and creating memories. A gas grill and picnic table are also on premises as well as a screened gazebo.

Our cabins have a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer. Each cabin has a fireplace which only burn Duralogs or clean burn logs except for Cabin 8 which has a propane fireplace. You will love the Cedar Log Cabins, the atmosphere and the surroundings. Some of our cabins have one bathroom only and we also have townhouse cabins. We will notify you of type of availability when you reserve.
