This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

Large Quirky Sunny Farmhouse Apartment

The apartment is spacious, bright, and sunny. Full of charming and quirky old details like original windows, hardwood floors, and not many right angles. Definitely not a vanilla box. The furnishings are clean and comfortable and go with the farmhouse feel. Please note that the private staircase used to access the apartment is original to the house. Down town Florence Temperance Hall

Large apartment with lots of light. It has a steam shower, modern tub and close to everything in Florence. The electric assisted bike depot will be a 5 min walk coming up in late April or early May! There are 2 Airbnb’s in the building so I ask everyone to be thoughtful of others. Also there are 2 small cats that share the same entrance. They are super sweet.they do NOT go in the apartment, they say hi by the front door
