You will be as content as can be in our lakefront, humble, cinderblock cabin. Completely remodeled & decorated to be quaint & comfortable. Enjoy your private dock, large deck and access to our boat ramp…or play poker in the large 3 season porch.

Come & kayak, swim, fish, boat, or water play all day. Enjoy the large wrap-around deck with 2 separate seating areas. Plan a BBQ, relax around the fire table or soak in the hot tub under the stars. Unwind in the cabin with the wood burning stove & spend some quality time with family for game night.

We seek to explore world class trails, epic waterfalls, beautiful trees & great dining so we picked this adorable cabin as our family getaway for a reason & we are here to share it with YOU! Relax in hammocks on a tree top patio overlooking the forest. Pedal 1 min to a downhill section of the Back40. Pedal 15 min / hike 45 min down the Back40 to the Pinion Creek waterfall and get wet! Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking.
