A quiet 17 acre, ONE room cabin set on a private small lake, fishing, swimming, and kayaking. Equipped with a full kitchen, a grill, 4 OUT DOOR showers, no showers in cabin. Sleeps 4, 1 QUEEN SIZE BED AND 1 PULL OUT HIDE-ABED. There is a $25/PP per day for extra guests , with prior approval by host. Pet friendly. This spacious and light-filled unit is perfect for touring Washington, DC with the whole family. It is the lower level, with separate entry, of a large family home. 25-30 minutes to downtown driving or by Metro. We are a short car/cab ride to the Vienna metro station. Many beds, a kitchenette, laundry machines, and a playset in the backyard for the littles. Street parking is by permit for up to one car. Put your feet up after trekking around; we’ve got board games and complimentary popcorn.

Washer and dryer included. The couch in the living room is not a sleep sofa but can be used to sleep on. Two parking spaces available in front of the home.

The McCoy House at the Harpers Ferry KOA

The McCoy House is great for families for weekend trips or holidays. The house is in a very small neighborhood, located next door the Harpers Ferry KOA Holiday, all of the KOA amenities are included with the your stay (some are seasonal). Each bedroom and bathroom is furnished with linens/towels and basic amenities. Please note this is not a "party" house. No more than 12 people are permitted, day or night. Quiet hours begin at 10pm and are strictly enforced.
