Βίλα Λιοστάσι - Σπίτι με χαρακτήρα

Η βίλα Λιοστάσι βρίσκεται σε μια περιοχή ιδιαίτερου φυσικού κάλλους, κοντά στη Μονή Αρκαδίου, βόρεια του παραδοσιακού χωριού Αμνάτος (σε απόσταση 1500μ) στο Ρέθυμνο (Δυτική Κρήτη). Πρόκειται για ένα νεόκτιστο αγροτόσπιτο κτισμένο μέσα σ’ ένα ελαιώνα 4 στρεμμάτων, στα όρια ενός μικρού φαραγγιού. Η βίλα μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι δέκα άτομα. Τα τρία από τα πέντε υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν διπλό κρεβάτι, ενώ τα δύο, έχουν από δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Ένα από τα υπνοδωμάτια έχει στο λουτρό του διευκολύνσεις για ΑΜΕΑ. Ο μεγάλος κοινόχρηστος χώρος διαθέτει σαλόνι με τζάκι, τραπεζαρία 10 ατόμων, γραφείο με Η/Υ και Wi-Fi, C και κουζίνα. Η πισίνα (3,20 Χ 8μ) βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο επίπεδο, ακριβώς μπροστά από τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια. Η βίλα διαθέτει επίσης στεγασμένο χώρο στάθμευσης δύο αυτοκινήτων. Η εσωτερική αυλή και η μεγάλη βεράντα προσφέρουν στιγμές χαλάρωσης με απίστευτη θέα στο πράσινο του φαραγγιού που βρίσκεται δίπλα στη βίλα, στα γύρω βουνά αλλά και στη θάλασσα.
