La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Il monolocale Primula è un’ottima soluzione per viaggiatori singoli o coppie che vogliano passare del tempo nella natura avendo a disposizione i servizi di un piccolo centro. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano-letto, una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto e aria condizionata. Dal luminoso terrazzo si può godere di un piacevole panorama. La connessione Wi-Fi lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Di fronte all’appartamento è disponibile un’area giochi.

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Casa nel cuore della zona di produzione del Prosecco, e' una delle piu' antiche di Guia; ristrutturata piu' volte negli anni, ora puo' accogliere turisti itineranti e per soggiorni prolungati. Vicinissimi: Venezia (56 km), Treviso (31), Bassano del Grappa (30), Cortina d'Ampezzo (105) e, le Dolomiti piu' vicine, ad un'ora di macchina. Ristorazione molto qualificata nei dintorni, paesaggi suggestivi sovrastanti (visibile Venezia con aria tersa) e luogo per passeggiate e tour in bicicletta...

Da qui si possono raggiungere facilmente MAROSTICA, BASSANO DEL GRAPPA e ASIAGO. Si tratta di un luogo intimo, rilassante con la possibilità di uscire in escursione sia a piedi che in bici nelle verdi colline circostanti. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggi di lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e animali domestici.
