La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Il nostro appartamento è a due passi da Piazza Duomo ma in pochi minuti si raggiunge il mare. E' al piano terra di un palazzo storico in una strada ricca di gallerie d'arte e locali d'atmosfera. Ha una bella corte a uso esclusivo ritagliata tra le case dove è possibile mangiare e godersi la tranquillità e il fresco. Si compone di soggiorno con divano letto, piccola cucina attrezzata, pranzo, bagno e corte al piano terra; due camere da letto con bagno al primo piano. 046024LTN0504
