Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Λιτοχώρου. Είναι ένα διαμέρισμα 25τ.μ. , πολύ φωτεινό,με μπαλκόνι με θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα, με άνετους χώρους που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δυο άτομα. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια.Διαθέτει ζεστό νερό όλο το εικοσιτετράωρο, αυτόνομο σύστημα θέρμανσης, τζάκι,κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.Η θάλασσα απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

Πρόκειται για μια γκαρσονιέρα στο ισόγειο μια τριώροφης πολυκατοικίας, λίγο έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, ιδανική για δύο άτομα και ένα παιδί ή και για τρίτο άτομο. Ακριβώς έξω από το διαμέρισμα, μπορείτε να παρκάρετε άνετα όλο το 24ωρο. It's a small apartment just outside the center of the town, perfect for a couple and their child or even for three adults. You can easily park your car just outside the apartment anytime you need to.

Το σπιτικό της Δάφνης

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς (20 λεπτά από το κέντρο με το λεωφορείο). Είναι στο ισόγειο και έχει μια ήσυχη αυλή που βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα (ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά). Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.
