This charming, country 1926 farmhouse sits atop rolling country fields just outside the village of Maiden Rock, and just a few miles to Stockholm, Pepin, & Red Wing, Mn. This farmhouse was purchased by the host's parents in 1987. While being raised here with 8 siblings, this home felt very small. After growing up and finding a life of her own, she found her way back home and has been putting her interior design skills to work on Little Square Farmhouse since 2008. #littlesquarefarmhouse

Milkhouse Cottage was rebuilt from the original Milkhouse built on our farm in 1906. Nestled in a peaceful valley across the road from the Rush River. Amenities include one queen bed, 1 queen sized comfortable queen sofa bed, air conditioning, private deck, private fire pit & 38 acres of private hiking trails and snowshowing trails. For larger groups we have another cottage on airbnb called the Trout Haus. Check on Airbnb or contact us regarding renting both houses.

Updated country home located one mile north of Afton Alps ski hill and golf course. We are across the road from Afton State park with miles of walking trails and the St. Croix River. You will love how peaceful this space is. There is also a fire ring and plenty of firewood to enjoy sitting outside. Large patio to enjoy coffee in the morning or a barbeque. Relax and take in the views or take a beautiful drive through the countryside to one of the many attractions the area has to offer such as Crystal Cave, Vino in the Valley, A to Z Pizza, one of the many wineries, trout fishing in Rush River and shopping in Stockholm and Maiden Rock.

We have Sling,Hulu, Disney and Netflix for streaming. The rental is for the entire property but the basement, shed and garage are not available and will be locked during rentals.
