La casa si trova a pochi chilometro da Cefalù, vicino al piccolo borgo di S. Ambrogio. Immersa nella natura, tra alberi di ulivo, a ridosso del Parco delle Madonie, la vista della rocca di Cefalù e delle isole dell'arcipelago delle Eolie, vi incanterà ad ogni ora del giorno col cambiare dei colori, passando dal'azzurro chiaro del mattino al rosso fuoco del tramonto al blù stellato della notte.

Roqamaris è un appartamento sito all'ultimo piano, (4), in pieno centro storico, che domina il famoso molo della cittadina normanna, con vista sul lungomare, dal terrazzo potrete ammirare un tramonto mozzafiato.
