L'alloggio fa parte di una villetta ma è indipendente ed è composto da una camera da letto singola con aggiunta di un secondo letto (NON È PREVISTA LA VERSIONE MATRIMONIALE, lo spazio è più adatto a viaggiatori singoli o a gruppi di amici che non necessitano di un particolare livello di privacy. ) da un bagno con i servizi e la doccia. NON C'È L'ANGOLO CUCINA. Ha parcheggio privato. È dotato di riscaldamento, biancheria, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e phon. Tassa soggiorno si paga in loco.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

The apartment has been recently renovated and enjoys a characteristic location, very quiet and strategic for visiting the city in the heart of San Martino district, behind the famous bridges of abundance. The house has a conditioner and consists of a living area with equipped kitchen, table, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. A free car park is a 8 minute walk away.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.

The two-storey sky-earth house was rebuilt and refurbished after the 1997 earthquake but still preserves its original rural structure. We like to come here to relax and enjoy la bella italia in a tranquil and safe context. This has been our family home for many years. Now that we dont't use it often we are happy to share it with you. We made it with lots of love, and hope you feel at welcome.
