The house is VERY SECLUDED, you would need to drive 15-20 minutes along the dirt road which might be difficult if the weather is bad. But when you finally get there you won't regret the effort.

La villa è stata costruita nella metà del 1800 dal mio bisnonno. Poi nel corso degli anni è stata restaurata, migliorata, mantenendo sempre il classico stile toscano. Ci troviamo tra la Val d'Orcia, il Monte Amiata e il mare. Ci troviamo a 870m s.l.m. La villa dista circa 15 minuti di macchina da Arcidosso.

The house is set in genuine farmhouse amidst some beautiful rolling hills and just a 10 minutes drive from the Saturnia thermal baths. Our farmhouse is the right place for a perfect Italian getaway in Central Italy, secluded and close to all the major points of interest at the same time. The house is located halfway between Rome and Florence, in the southern tip of Tuscany not far from the Argentario coast.

Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
