Home in the country this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house will accommodate 6 guests with ease. With its warm decor and modern amenities located on 10 acres with access to our private pond enjoy nature and local wildlife, the pavillion, and fire pits. The pond and pavillion are shared spaces so you might see me and my family and friends from time to time and sometimes we host parties. You can also enjoy your private patio with comfortable seating and a grill and your own private fire pit at the house.

You will be just a short drive to many attractions, locally and central to downtown Toledo, Sylvania, and Ann Arbor, near parks, zoos, sporting events.

This walkout guest studio w/private entrance and kayaks along the River Raisin is located halfway between Ann Arbor, MI and Toledo, OH. Cabela's Bass Pro, is a 5 minute drive. If you prefer small towns and local shops, a quick walk takes you to Dundee shops and restaurants. Pickle ball and riverside park are also a short walk away. Other charming towns are Tecumseh, 20 min. drive w/great hiking, and Milan, 15 min. drive. Portable full size bed and pack & play available for a third guest.

This 1902 fully remodeled farmhouse is situated on Main Street in Sylvania, OH. On occasion, a train may even come through carrying grain from local farms. A true gem, steps away from it all.
