You’ll feel like your a million miles away from it all in these newly completed cottages but we are still located in the heart of Hattiesburg. Spend the day relaxing under the canopy of trees at the Silo Courtyard or on your own balcony overlooking the river. We also offer kayak rentals for an additional fee.

If you are looking for the perfect escape, look no further than “The Leaf River Yacht Club”. This beautiful cabin will make you feel right at home as if you are in The Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Built in 2014, this home offers breathtaking views of the long & winding Leaf River, a 1-mile sandbar, unlimited sounds of nature & birds singing, as well as peace & quiet. Located 1.8 miles off the blacktop, this getaway allows you to reconnect with nature & re-energize for the daily grind.

This home is in the heart of Petal. 3 bedroom 1.5 bath. 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Kitchen has everything you need, pots, pans, utensils, air fryer, microwave, salt, pepper, basic seasonings, coffee maker, coffee, cream & sugar. Towels, extra sheets and blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, and much more. Within 15 minutes to USM, William Carey college, and the Hattiesburg Zoo, 20 minutes to PRCC, 30 min to Camp Shelby and an hour and half drive to the gulf coast.

Tiny House at Fulmer's Farmstead & General Store

Break away from it all and enjoy spending a little time at a slower pace on our 40 acre horse-powered produce farm. You will fall in love with our 240 square foot tiny house with its wrap around porch. Amish rockers complete the space making it an ideal place for that morning or evening cup of coffee. Enjoy touring the farm and watching our Percheron draft horses at work or young colts playing. Chickens, cows, and sheep round out the animals to check out here on the farm.

Gaines’s Get Away

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Go fishing in a bass pond or walk a short distance to a 2 acre catfish pond. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the back porch overlooking the pond. This place is centrally located 1 and 1/2 hours from Mobile and The Gulf Coast Casinos. We are 2 and 1/2 hours from New Orleans, 20 minutes from Hattiesburg and 30 minutes to Laurel. You will be greeted by two friendly German Shepards, Hans and Heidi Wiseman.

Please note Tuesday and Friday there will a pool service coming by to clean the pool, and once a month the lawn mowing service comes by as well as the pest control service, ALSO, ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD MUSIC OR WILD PARTIES, THIS IS NOT A PARTY PAD!

The Alley by the Zoo

The Alley apartment is conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Hattiesburg and ½ block from the Hattiesburg Zoo & Serengeti Springs Water Park (Now Open). If you've never been to Hattiesburg, know that you shouldn't have a problem finding something nearby to do. Hattiesburg offers a little bit of everything including outdoor activities, sporting events, entertainment/nightlife, art, and some of best restaurants in the area.
