The property consists of two recently renovated old Tuscan farmhouses, "I Millefiori" and "La Bellavista", which are adjacent and rented out as one unit. Each house is self-sufficient with its own kitchen and dining areas both inside and outside. The two houses share a large parking lot, a 12x6 meter pool, and a small playground. Situated on a hilltop surrounded by olive trees just a ten minute drive from Pescia, the property enjoys splendid views both south and north.
