E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. Trasformata in un open space bello e accogliente, 3/5 posti letto offre un soggiorno comodo e confortevole a coppie o famiglie che vogliano visitare la verde Umbria.

L'attico 26 è uno spazio speciale creato per essere completamente indipendente e di lusso. PS: da Novembre a Marzo compreso non potra essere utilizzata la vasca idromassaggio per via delle temperature rigide.
