Col di Fiori - Aria - Peaceful Stay in Umbria

Aria is one of 5 rooms in our house called Col di Fiori. The house can easily accommodate up to 11 people. Col di Fiori is located in the calm countryside right between Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio, with many hiking and biking possibilities close by as well as a gorgeous view over the surrounding landscape of the Tiber valley. (access not suitable for low-laid cars!)

B&B San Giovanni di Montenero

The suite is part of the family home but feels completely separate with its own entrance into a spacious living area overlooking the olive trees. The large private bathroom is a little gem, with its individually cut marble tiles making a chequer board effect, fresh & light, with a marvellous window done in brick work which plays a wonderful effect when the light pours in on hot summer days! A saltwater pool surrounded by fragrant rosemary to share with our family & friends with unspoilt views.

Our Agriturismo Podere La Fornace is a historical place, family-owned for more than 200 years, only 3-4 kilometers or 5 minutes by car from the beautiful UNESCO world heritage town Assisi. The scenery is magic with the view on Assisi and the farmhouse being surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and fields of crops. La Fornace is perfect for guests who want to explore Umbria - pretty much all major sites can be reached within 60 minutes - but it is just as perfect to take a break and relax.

Camera standard plus, di circa 18 mq, inserita all'interno della parte storica dell’edificio, apre le sue finestre sul borgo storico di Castiglione del Lago, ha inoltre la possibilità esclusiva di accedere allo splendido giardino che lambisce le mura storiche del paese comprendendo al suo interno una torre del 1500, il tutto immerso su una vista mozzafiato sul lago Trasimeno e le sue colline.

The apartment GELSO is the perfect choice for a 4 to 6 person family. On the ground floor there is the kitchen+living room+ 1 double bed room and toilette. Upstairs on the loft there is 1 double bed + 2 single bed. The entire apartment is decorated in a traditional way, a lot of wood and nature are the main characteristics, in order to respect the surrounding environment.
