Once the home of Mary Breckenridge, the founder of Frontier Nursing Service, guests from all over the world have visited here to enjoy a true Appalachian experience. The Cottage at Wendover is part of the historical property once home to Mary Breckinridge's Frontier Nursing Service. It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large living and dining area and kitchen. There is also a new front porch with mountain views! Plenty of parking, free wifi and pets are welcome too! Guests love the coziness and comfort this home offers. We have two sister properties that can be rented as well. The Barn and Suite at the Garden House also listed on Airbnb.

SXS lovers welcome! Guests will enjoy this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located in the heart of the Appalachian Mtns of Leslie Co KY. Comfy furniture, cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen and living room with large TV. This home also offers two porches, one overlooking a mountain stream, plenty of parking for trailers and a large yard. The best trail with LORP, creek trail 232 and 233, is accessible by SXS less than a mile down the road. Only a 12 mile drive to the LORP on the pavement.
