Located between the Brecon Beacons and Cambrian Mountains, you will be within touching distance of some of Wales’s most iconic landscapes, including the Celtic rainforest at RSPB Dinas. It is perfectly located for walkers, cyclists, naturalists and stargazers!

Relax in a beautifully converted 16th-century Barn

Set within an acre of secluded gardens, Penroc Barn sits in the beautiful Welsh countryside just outside the market town of Llandovery. It dates from the sixteenth century and is a self-contained part of a larger property where the owner lives. It has been uniquely and sympathetically converted to retain its true character and highlight the beautiful old beams. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families & kids, and furry friends (Two well-behaved pets only).

Downstairs is an open plan lounge kitchen dinner with a wood burning stove and a beautiful chandelier. The kitchen is well appointed including electric oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a wine cooler. Large windows are at the front and back of the property with the most stunning views.

It’s situated at the base of Halfway Forest, ideal for heading straight out for mountain biking, hiking, or a stroll. The cottage has a beautiful stream running through the garden. A wooded area behind the cottage is great for exploring & den building. The long drive gives ample room for parking & a perfect space for children to cycle.
